Nothing in these Additional Terms obligates or may be deemed to obligate eserverz to sell, license or offer to sell or license any advertising, promotion or distribution rights.  
  3 RESERVATION OF RIGHTS  
    The Service and its benefits are offered at the discretion of eserverz, and eserverz has the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service, in whole or in part for any reason, at its sole discretion, with or without notice to you. You agree that eserverzwill not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service.
  
  4 ENTIRE AGREEMENT  
    These Additional Terms along with the eserverz Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and eserverz regarding your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and eserverz with respect to the Service. If after you agree to these Additional Terms, you agree to other terms of service with eserverz or a eserverz affiliated entity, but those terms of service do not specifically identify (by name) these Additional Terms and the Service as being superseded, these Additional Terms will continue to govern your use of the Service.
  
  5 CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM  
    These Additional Terms and the relationship between you and eserverz with respect to the Service shall be in accordance with the eserverz Terms of Service.
